Meet the family sized dosa! Its $12 and long enough to feed 2 people for a main. Ive never had a plain dosa / thosai this big in my life. Its so delicious and has a very elevated and light taste. The restaurant manager shared that they grind and make their dosa batter fresh everyday. Their range of accompanying chutneys and sambas are likewise freshly made and you can taste the clean and complex flavours
I recently visited Anjappar Chettinad Restaurant in Singapore, for a short discussion , we were 3 persons and it was a truly delightful experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding, bursting with authentic Chettinad flavors and just the right amount of spice.
